Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Newport News, VA

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health and Science Professional to drive sales and customer engagement in the migraine therapy territory. The role involves promoting breakthrough neuroscience products, building provider relationships, and executing territory management strategies both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue targets in assigned territory
• Develop and execute business and territory call plans with effective in-person and virtual engagement strategies
• Build and maintain provider relationships using appropriate digital tools and compliance standards
• Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and disease state information using approved materials
• Collaborate across internal teams to address customer needs and support Pfizer business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years professional sales/marketing, 6+ with associate's degree, or 8+ with high school diploma)
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Must reside within 25 miles of assigned territory border in Newport News, VA
• Demonstrated sales, account management, or customer service experience
• Strong product and disease state knowledge relevant to neuroscience/migraine
• Proficiency with digital and virtual engagement tools
• Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience

Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
