Behavioral Health Therapy Supervisor & Process Improvement Lead

UVA Health

UVA Health is seeking a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Therapy in Manassas, VA. You will lead quality initiatives, coordinate process improvements, and oversee therapy services across outpatient and community settings.

Expect collaboration with managers and clinical teams to optimize care delivery. The role requires a Master’s/ Doctoral degree, LPC or LCSW licensure, and at least four years of related experience.
