Interior Trim Installer

Job Description

Rise Modular, LLC (Rise) is a full volumetric modular manufacturing company serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing and affordable housing sectors. \n

Job Summary \n
\n
\n The Trim Installer will measure, cut, and install various types of interior trim including baseboards, door and window trim, pre-hung doors, and railings. \n
\n
Responsibilities \n

\n
• Independently executes finish carpentry tasks, adhering to high standards of quality and precision.
\n
• Operate Miter saw to accurately cut trim to correct lengths and specifications.
\n
• Follows instruction on installation of trim.
\n
• Installs trim.
\n
• Maintains a clean work area.
\n
• Install pre-hung doors.
\n
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
\n

Qualifications \n

\n
• At least 2 year of previous job related experience.
\n
• Ability to operated air fasteners.
\n
• Ability to operated miter saws.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.
\n

Physical Requirements \n

\n
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending and kneeling.
\n
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
\n
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
\n

Salary Based on Experience \n

\n
• Level 1: $17-$22
\n
• Level 2: $22-$26
\n
• Level 3: $26-$30
\n
• Hiring Manager will determine your level based on experience, skillset, and knowledge
