This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional who understands concrete construction and wants to be part of a team working on a wide range of projects.We are looking for someone with hands-on concrete estimating experience across areas such as foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and sitework. If you have a strong background in pricing concrete packages, reviewing plans and specifications, and preparing competitive bids, we'd like to hear from you.About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for concrete construction projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in helping the team secure new business by developing well-supported, detailed bids.What You'll DoPrepare detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projectsReview plans, specifications, and bid documentsEstimate concrete scopes including foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and siteworkPerform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsHelp prepare and submit competitive bids and proposalsCollaborate with internal teams to clarify scope, pricing, and project requirementsMaintain organized bid documentation and estimating recordsSupport multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForExperience in concrete estimatingStrong knowledge of concrete construction methods, costs, and takeoff processesExperience in estimating scopes such as foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and siteworkAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple bidsPreferred QualificationsSenior-level estimating experience in concrete constructionExperience managing a high volume of bidsStrong understanding of bid strategy, pricing, and scope reviewExperience working in a subcontractor or self-perform concrete environmentPosition DetailsFull-timeIn-office in Englewood Cliffs, NJApplyIf you have concrete-specific estimating experience and are interested in joining a growing team, we encourage you to apply.
