Rosales Insurance Agency, Inc. is hiring a high-energy, self-motivated Telemarketer to support our sales team and help drive new business. This is an entry-level position, but it's built for people who want to grow fast, take on more responsibility, and move into sales, account management, or leadership roles. If you're ambitious, competitive, and excited about earning your way up you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Set quality appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Spark interest in insurance products and gather key information
- Support the sales pipeline with disciplined follow-through
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally
- Self-motivation you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
- A desire to grow into higher-level roles
- Customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
