DO & CO is currently seeking a Final Assembler to join its growing team. We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational team member here in Romulus!

Responsibilities

• Assemble all trolleys, carriers and other required items for flights according to airline specifications on a flight by flight basis.
• Ensure the exact number of trolleys; carriers and other supplies are assembled for each flight at all times.
• Ensure that all trolleys and carriers are labeled correctly.
• Ensure stock of trolleys and carriers is replenished at all times.
• Perform hands-on training for other final assemblers as necessary.
• Coordinate with food packers and supervisors to ensure accuracy, specification adherence and supply of each individual trolley / carrier. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines.
• Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility (different shifts days, nights, weekends, holidays)
