Compensation and Schedule Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour Overtime Pay: $33.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday–Tuesday & Friday–Saturday Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) starting at 30 days Paid Training and support for career growth Paid Time Off Company match on 401(k) 15% Employee Stock discount Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, electronics, etc. Safety gear provided Safety-focused leadership culture Continuous improvement initiatives Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred Valid Forklift Operator's License Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse work environment High level of initiative and accuracy under pressure Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods Flexibility to work various shifts Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks Manage daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours Meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract Perform other duties as assigned Important Note Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or background checks as required by the customer assignment.
