Creative Operations Manager

Managing the creative project pipeline, the full-time salaried Creative Operations Manager will oversee workflows, maintain asset organization, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the full project pipeline from brief intake to final delivery, managing priorities and timelines Continuously improve creative workflow systems and establish consistent brief standards to enhance efficiency Oversee the Digital Asset Management platform, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of creative assets Required qualifications 3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing workflows in an in-house team or agency Proficient in Asana or similar project management tools, with experience in building workflows Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management platforms, preferably Bynder Strong brief-writing skills and experience in consumer-facing brands, particularly in apparel or outdoor lifestyle Genuine affinity for mountain lifestyle and commitment to company values and mission
