We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers. Pay and Schedule Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday Location: Daily travel within the territory Required Must be at least 21 years of age, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license What We Offer Receive weekly pay Mileage + paid travel time Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits Eligible for 401k with company matching Paid time off Scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Paid Holidays We’re Looking for Brand Ambassadors Who Are: Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with people Confident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapport Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brand Adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Detail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirements Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagement Job Description Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives Educate consumers on available promotions Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 2020 Companies, Inc.
