Paint Department Manager

CJ's Ace Hardware is looking for a talented employee to run the paint department. Work with a local, family owned small business in Greenville, Michigan, where we are all a family. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers
• Answering phones
• Training new staff
• Operating Point of Sale
• Offering knowledgeable recommendations in the selection of products
• Stocking shelves
• Tinting and mixing paint
• Maintaining a clean and inviting paint department
• Must be able to arrive on time with a clean, sociable, and sober demeanor
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Looking for a multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and is able to stay on task
• Able to work up to 40 hours a week, including some weekends
• Outside sales experience is a PLUS

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13.00 to $20.00 / hour
