Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Facility guaranteed hours subject to one possible call-off shift per two weeks
• May float to West Ashley FSED or Kiawah as needed within scope
• Provide quality imaging and patient care within X-ray and CT modalities
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure competency in all procedures performed
• Produce images for interpretation or at the request of a licensed practitioner
• Operate Siemens CT and Siemens X-Ray equipment
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Common patient diagnoses include STEMI, stroke/CVA, cardiac, abdominal, and trauma cases
• Chart using Epic system
• Scrub color: Teal blue top with black bottoms
• Parking available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
• Must be registered in both Radiography (ARRT)(R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT)(CT)
• Required certifications: SCRQSA and BLS
• SC license required
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required experience: Adult inpatient, emergency, Siemens/PACS, and Epic
• Preferred experience: Level I/Level II Trauma, pediatrics, and orthopedic exams in both modalities
• All requested time off must be included at time of submission and is subject to manager and unit approval

Facility:

This facility is a large Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. It supports a broad range of complex patient cases including cardiac, stroke, trauma, and abdominal conditions. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and Siemens equipment across imaging modalities, offering a dynamic and high-acuity environment for experienced imaging professionals.
