Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is addingan Interventional Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health .South Brooklyn Healthis a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern laboranddelivery suites, andstate-of-the-artsurgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services-from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults-all designed to keep our community healthy.The hospitalmaintainsa strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine tomaintainitshigh standardsof healthcare delivery.

Opportunity Details:

• Perform a wide range of advanced vascular and non-vascular fluoroscopic, CT, and US-guided interventions.
• Participate in the interventional radiology call pool.
• Provide coverage of general diagnostic radiology, as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New York State physician license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology

Wages and Benefits include:

AnnualBase Salary: $520,250* based on 40-hour work week.Additionalcompensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $726,250** ,which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimatedannual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $130,000.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000(based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employeesareimmediatelyvested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.
  • Afterone year ofservice, employees receive anadditional7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match isrequired.
• AnnualContinuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• GenerousAnnual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
