• Anistar Technologies is growing our Infrastructure & Defense Staffing Division and we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our national client base.
• This isn't a traditional account-management role.
• We want you to go get the business.
• You'll prospect, cold call, get in front of decision-makers, win new accounts, and then own and grow those relationships as they develop.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for new business and develop your own pipeline
• Build relationships with executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers
• Close new staffing and recruiting opportunities
• Own and grow your client accounts after the sale
• Develop business with national clients across multiple markets
• Partner with our recruiting organization to deliver results
• Manage your pipeline and consistently exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

• Competitive and motivated by results
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
• Persistent and confident asking for business
• Entrepreneurial and motivated to build your own book of business
• Driven by uncapped earning potential
• 1+ years of staffing sales, business development, outside sales, recruiting, or related experience preferred.
