Required Skills:

• ARRT (T) certification and current Medical Radiologic Technologist license in Texas
• Proven experience in administering radiation therapy and simulation procedures
• Proficiency with TrueBeam/Varian, ARIA, Vision RT, and EPIC systems highly preferred
• Strong understanding of radiation safety, treatment planning, and tumor localization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital or treatment center environment
• Knowledge of dosimetry and tumor localization techniques
• Prior travel therapy experience or willingness to travel extensively
• BLS certification through AHA
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary patient care coordination

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiation Therapy Technology
• At least one year of clinical experience in radiation therapy, or motivated students from accredited programs

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure, registration, and certification maintained throughout employment
• Willingness to travel to diverse healthcare facilities as needed
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and team dynamics
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety standards
