In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, and providing support to Producers and Account Executives. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand all assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts.What You'll Do:Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunitiesAnalyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the clientReview new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverageProvide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communicationsAssist in presenting products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposalsRespond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issuesCollect detailed risk and underwriting information, including census data, survey data, and loss historyMaintain current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information.
