Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing automotive manufacturer? We are seeking dependable General Labor Assemblers to join a fast-paced production team on an upcoming 2nd shift. New hires will complete paid training on a midday schedule before transitioning to the permanent evening shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive electrical components according to standardized work instructions.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to transition to a permanent 2nd shift schedule after training.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 plus shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other
compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience,
location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow
room for future growth.
