Job Description: The technician is responsible for the start-up, troubleshooting, training, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of boiler/burners and combustion systems in a commercial environment.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years prior experience in boiler burner service

• Knowledge of burner control systems

• Experience in steam and hot water systems

• Skilled in job startup, checkout, and troubleshooting

• Ability to understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and circuitry

• Knowledge and understanding of commercial heating and boiler systems

• Flexible to work overtime/weekends when needed to meet customers’ deadlines or requirements

• Ability to work independently and with other technicians

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current U.S. Citizen

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must be able to pass Pennsylvania background checks (Act 33, 34 & 73)
