Role: ServiceNow Architect with Federal govt exp Work Location: Remote / Contractor Facility Contract: Federal Government Clearance/Suitability: MBI / Moderate-Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) must be able to obtain and maintain Required Experience: 8+ years of ServiceNow/ESM architecture experience, including 2+ years of Federal experience. Recent hands-on enterprise ServiceNow/ESM experience within the past 3 years in a comparable Federal environment. Enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture across multiple business units. Strong ITSM expertise: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITIL processes. Strong CMDB/CSDM experience, including CI relationships, data governance, service modeling, and CMDB health. Experience with ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or IRM/GRC. Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and platform security. Extensive REST/SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML, LDAP, and enterprise integration experience. Experience defining integration, security, data, and application architecture. Ability to develop architecture documents, solution designs, data-flow diagrams, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps. Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, development standards, coding standards, and architectural best practices. Experience conducting architecture/code reviews and identifying performance, security, scalability, and maintainability risks. Key Skillsets: ITOM Implementations, Discovery, Network Operations Center experience, CSDM/CMDB strategy, integration patterns, upgrade strategy, performance, and availability. Certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Required Certified Master Architect (CMA) Preferred
