- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical issues on German vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, specifically with German vehicles.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
