Responsibilities Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on the proven curriculum. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Lead team activities and contribute to the growth and development of children and families. Qualifications & Desired Qualities Open to being a goofball and giving high 5s (background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance or early childhood education is a plus). Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education. Service orientation – making others feel good. Strong rapport with kids and parents. Positive attitude (e.g., high school classmates rated you most likely to be in a good mood). Fun-loving yet able to focus and work.
