Travel RN MICU Nights

Location UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora Department 24 bed Medical ICU Work Schedule Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift Nights Pay $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend. 13 week assignments available with extension options. Minimum Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado, or equivalent eNLC privileges) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience ACLS and BLS certification (BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross, CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date) Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and/or UCHealth clinicians. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a technically complex environment. Apply AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty certification standards for ICU/PCU evidence‑based care.
