Most briefs are vague on purpose, and the self-directed UI Designer we want at Premier Health Systems reads that ambiguity as an invitation, not an obstacle. This hybrid opening offers $38,000 - $59,000, the autonomy to run your own projects, and a team invested in your development. Key Responsibilities Audit existing creative for the impact-driven inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for Premier Health Systems Storyboard motion pieces that hold attention past the three-second scroll mark Pair Design Thinking craft with Heuristic Evaluation thinking to solve fuzzy creative problems Prototype interactions in Teamwork and refine them through usability testing What You'll Bring Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments Comfort being measured against a clear junior bar A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire Premier Health Systems builds the unglamorous creative plumbing that Springfield, MO relies on, and it does so with question-everything pride. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as an UI Designer.
