Top Arkansas personal injury firm seeks legal intake specialist to provide amazing customer service and be the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a rewarding job for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main focus is outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up on leads and inquiries
• Answer some inbound calls in multi-location practice
• Create and field intake files
• Collect and record information from potential clients
• Open new cases in case management software
• Assist in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members

Qualifications:

• Previous inbound customer service experience
• Law firm experience is preferred, legal department experience required
• The ability to work under pressure, use sound judgement, and seek solution to potential problems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!

In-office Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 or 11:00 to 8:00 $18.00 per hour plus excellent benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, Retirement plan and plenty of room for growth!
