The valet lane is the first thing a guest sees and the last impression they carry home, and we treat every key handoff as a chance to make someone's day easier and their story better.

We are looking for a Valet Parking Manager who leads from the front. Someone reliable, people-first, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. What you'll do

Success in this role comes down to five things:

• Client success. You own the relationship with the property and keep it strong through weekly check-ins, monthly KPI and operational reports, and quick follow-through on anything that comes up. At the porte-cochère you set the pace during peak check-in and checkout, working hand in hand with the front desk, bell, and concierge so every arrival feels like one team. You resolve guest and client concerns within 24 hours, keep an eye on reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp, and build and staff event parking for premieres, screenings, weddings, and corporate nights across Trilith. The target is 90% or better on every owner satisfaction survey.
• Employee success. You hire, train, schedule, and coach your valets and the leaders under you, with schedules built three weeks out and 95% shift coverage as the standard. You run monthly training sessions, hold regular performance reviews, and mentor every new hire so they are set up to succeed. You build a culture of ownership and accountability that brings turnover down year over year and makes your people the best in the market, and proud of it.
• Claims success. You protect every guest's vehicle and every key like it's your own. You uphold safety protocols, manage key control and cash handling tightly, run regular lot audits, and keep the operation clean so claims don't happen. When an incident does occur, you document it and report it right away.
• Financial success. You own the numbers. You keep payroll, KPI, and monthly reports accurate and on deadline, hold margins in the 20 to 25% range, and run the operation under budget. You conduct monthly rate surveys to keep pricing sharp, find cost savings each quarter, and look for new revenue. You treat the bottom line like it's yours.
• Good neighbor. You build a strong network across Trilith and the surrounding area. You get to know the neighboring businesses so they know who we are and what we do, source and quote new work, help close and launch it, and look for ways to serve the community. You help us find and win the opportunities that grow the company.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of operations experience in hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or parking, OR a Bachelor's in Business Administration (or a related field) plus 2+ years of operations experience
• A genuine team-builder who can motivate people and also act independently when the moment calls for it
• Strong written and verbal communication, and sharp with records, reports, and quick, accurate math
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with learning parking technology and equipment
• Sound judgment and discretion across changing conditions
• A valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass our background check and drug screening, and flexible to work the shifts the operation needs
