Senior IT Project ManagerKBX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role is responsible for aligning stakeholders, managing risk, influencing decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that create long-term value for the organization.You will serve as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, bring structure to ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and guide teams through complex decisions. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority while balancing competing priorities and organizational objectives.This role is part of a centralized team responsible for enabling the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across KBX. The team partners closely with leaders throughout the organization to prioritize investments, align resources, and execute projects that improve business performance, scalability, and customer value.
