Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Heartsworth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and other health-related topics
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
