Full Stack Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in United States.

This role is an opportunity to build sophisticated product capabilities at the intersection of AI infrastructure, data movement, and SaaS. You will develop customer-facing features while contributing to scalable systems that automate complex data migration and workflow processes. The position is backend-heavy but spans the full stack, giving you the opportunity to work across frontend experiences, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and occasionally customers to solve challenging real-world problems. The team values engineers who take ownership, contribute to product direction, and bring strong product thinking to technical decisions. You will also have the opportunity to incorporate modern AI tools and AI-enabled capabilities into your everyday engineering workflow.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack product features, with a strong emphasis on backend architecture and systems.
• Build scalable data movement pipelines, workflow automation capabilities, APIs, and data-intensive applications.
• Develop clean, maintainable TypeScript code across frontend and backend services, including React-based user experiences.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers when needed to understand complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy and direction by providing thoughtful technical feedback, architectural recommendations, and implementation ideas.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled product capabilities while incorporating modern AI tools into the software development lifecycle.
• Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and overall developer experience.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration, ETL, data transformation, automation, and other systems supporting reliable movement of customer data.
• Take meaningful ownership of projects and technical decisions in a fast-paced environment where engineers are expected to operate beyond simply implementing predefined tickets.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience is preferred, with candidates possessing at least 4 years of relevant experience considered.
• Strong professional experience building full-stack applications using TypeScript and React .
• Strong backend engineering experience, including APIs, scalable services, and data-intensive applications.
• Product-minded approach with a demonstrated ability to understand customer problems and develop solutions rather than simply implement specifications.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with significant individual ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into engineering workflows and an interest in modern AI-assisted development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Experience with ETL, data movement, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, or related infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Experience with browser automation, web scraping, automation frameworks, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI agents, LLM frameworks, or AI-enabled application development is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL/Postgres, or Temporal is beneficial.
• Ability to operate with initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of ambiguous and technically challenging problems.

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $190,000-$215,000 per year .
• Meaningful early-stage equity opportunity.
• Target total compensation of approximately $250,000-$260,000 , including equity.
