Compensation: 100% Uncapped Commission — with bonus opportunities

As an Advanced Market Insurance Agent, you'll step into a fast-paced, data-driven industry where your performance directly drives your earnings. This is a commission-only role, which means your income is uncapped and tied to your results—top performers are rewarded accordingly. You'll have the flexibility to control your own schedule, work from home, and access modern platforms that help you stay organized and maximize your time.
Responsibilities:Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
Uncapped commission structure with performance-based bonuses
