Title Clerk Overland Park, KS & Downtown KCMO | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $21ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Title Clerk / Title Processor for a contract-to-hire opportunity. While prior title experience is a plus, this role is also open to candidates with high-volume, detail-driven customer service or administrative backgrounds who are eager to learn a new process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys working with accuracy and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review vehicle titles and related documentation for accuracy and completion
- Verify information, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, or internal teams to resolve title issues
- Track and maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and supporting paperwork
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of transactions
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive or time-sensitive information
- Support general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to handle high-volume processing and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
