Job Overview
Are you a skilled craftsman who takes pride in high-quality work? Homestead construction is seeking an Experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. If you have strong core expertise in framing, drywall, and finish trim and want a role where your diverse skills in tile, plumbing, or electrical are actually valued and rewarded we want to hear from you!
What We Offer (Benefits & Compensation)
- Pay Range: $1050 Weekly
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends/Consistent hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality rough framing and structural carpentry.
- Hang, tape, and finish drywall to a paint-ready standard.
- Install precise finish trim, including casing, baseboards, crown molding, and doors.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Plumbing, Electric and Tile work is a huge Plus
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 years of professional carpentry experience (Required).
- Core Skills: Mastery of framing, drywalling, and finish carpentry.
- Bonus Skills: Strong working knowledge of tile setting, light plumbing, and basic electrical is a huge plus and will command top-tier pay.
- Tools: Must own basic hand tools and reliable trade tools.
- Requirements: * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently or lead a small crew.
