Assembler/Fabricator/Packager

We're looking for a dependable Assembler/Fabricator to join a custom sign manufacturing team in Farmington Hills. In this role, you'll assemble and fabricate custom signs using a variety of hand and power tools while following blueprints and work instructions. Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom signs and display components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, rivet guns, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to verify measurements, fit, and finish.
• Measure, cut, fasten, and install various materials including aluminum, acrylic, plastic, and other sign components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
