As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company—safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Shifts Available:

• Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
• Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)
• Day shift
• Weekdays and at least one weekend day

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle
• Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist team members if operational support is needed
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English
• Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
• Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work at least one weekend day

Work Schedule & Breaks:

• Daytime shifts only
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
• One weekend day required
• Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift
• One unpaid 30-minute meal period in accordance with California labor laws

Talaria Delivery LLC is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and high-energy individuals to deliver packages. We provide the vehicle, training, uniforms, free snacks and water, and the support you need to succeed—you bring the positive attitude, commitment to safety, and strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record the last 7 years
• Clean criminal record the last 7 years
• Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (we don't test for THC)
• Willing to work up to 10 hours day
• Must be 21+ of age
• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Willing to delivery 350+ packages
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work one day of the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
