• Certified RBTs: $19.00 – $24.00 / hour

• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.00 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.

• Backgrounds Welcome: Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Bedford clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
