We call it "rowing the boat"—everyone working together toward the same goal.If you're an experienced technician who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a productive, team-oriented shop, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll DoPerform digital multi-point inspections with photos and videoDiagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle system concernsComplete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanshipProperly document diagnostic results, repairs performed, and parts usedCommunicate clearly with service advisors and shop leadershipFollow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer standardsStay current with evolving vehicle technology and repair proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work areaPerform quality checks to help prevent comebacks and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first timeWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferredASE certifications strongly preferred and considered when determining technician level and compensationStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work efficiently in a flat-rate production environmentAbility to accurately document diagnosis and repairsComfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and digital inspection toolsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfactionWillingness to continue learning and completing OEM trainingNissan or Mitsubishi experience is a plus, but technicians from other manufacturers and independent repair facilities are encouraged to apply.Compensation & Benefits$28–$50 flat-rate hourly rate, based on experience, certifications, skill level, and qualificationsSign-on bonus available for qualified techniciansRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesConsistent workflow and opportunity to flag hoursPaid semi-monthlyMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid OEM trainingASE certification reimbursementOpportunities for additional certifications and manufacturer trainingCareer advancement opportunities within a growing dealership organizationWhy Valley Nissan Mitsubishi?Consistent WorkflowWe understand that flat-rate technicians need work in their bays.
