What We Offer: Salary & Compensation Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $180,000 - $250,000 Eligible for an annual stipend up to $15,000 Sign‑on bonus and relocation support No Non‑compete This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
