To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is adding to our Measurement department, responsible for advanced media campaign reporting. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Analyst of Measurement to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift campaigns across a range of categories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, audience based deterministic landscape, this role will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts. Responsibilities:

• Support supervisors in pre-campaign planning and feasibility analysis, preparing inputs and recommending tactical approaches.
• Coordinate setup and execution of advanced attribution studies, guiding senior analysts and analysts in data prep and QA.
• Monitor campaign deliverables and timelines, escalating risks and supporting reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting by synthesizing data and drafting insights for supervisor review.
• QA reporting inputs from junior team members and help refine internal documentation.
• Participate in special projects and product evolution efforts, supporting execution and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience within an agency, media company, or related field.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes.
• Experience with advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
• Proven ability to analyze data for actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and client engagement.
• Experience in developing and maintaining client presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually.
