Outpatient Therapist -PRN

Woodland Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, seeks passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist. We specialize in compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment. Works with multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plan of care. Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or counseling with relevant state licensure required. State Licensure per state requirements CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment.
