Key Responsibilities : Inform customers about new comfort systems and assist them in achieving healthy, comfortable, and safe environments. Deliver effective sales presentations, aligning with company procedures, to highlight the value of our services. Oversee jobs from scheduling to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collections. Prepare accurate job proposals and pricing, adhering to company standards to ensure profitability. Obtain customer agreements, follow up on site visits, and maintain communication throughout the installation process. Work closely with installers, department managers, and support staff to ensure smooth project execution. Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and referrals from satisfied customers. What You Need: Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check 2 years of Sales experience. 1 years of HVAC experience preferred Physical dexterity Flexible working hours day/nights/weekends Ready to advance your career?
