This role supports company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role helps provide leadership with clear, accurate financial insights and contributes to improving the company's financial performance and decision-making.Passion for our mission and vision is required! Ability to work full-time on-site is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic re-forecasts for corporate functions and/or business unitsUpdate financial models with latest actuals, assumptions, and business inputsSupport scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on revenue, margin, and cost driversManagement Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports comparing actuals vs. budget/forecastHelp explain variances through data analysis and collaboration with functional leadersSupport creation of standard reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadershipFinancial Analysis Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, headcount, and key performance indicatorsSupport ad hoc analyses (e.g., cost savings, investment cases, vendor spend, headcount planning)Assist in building and maintaining driver-based financial modelsCorporate Support Partner with Accounting on month-end close to ensure accurate accruals and reclassesHelp prepare materials for executive reviews, Board meetings, and other stakeholder presentationsContribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates, and toolsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related fieldStrong Excel skills, BI tools, and knowledge of SQL or PythonStrong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailAbility to summarize complex data into clear, actionable insightsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of integrity, ownership, and willingness to learnSuccess Factors:Consistently delivers accurate and timely reports and analysisDemonstrates curiosity about business drivers and asks thoughtful questionsProactively identifies data issues and process improvement opportunitiesBuilds strong working relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholdersBase Pay Range for:WA applicants is $124,476.00 - $174,265.35Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
