Impactful Behavior Technician for Autism Support

Centria Autism in Medfield, MA seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods. Strong patience and teamwork are essential. Training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background checks.
