Responsibilities Include: Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Reviewing coverage details, frequencies, limitations, and breakdowns Communicating financial expectations clearly and compassionately Supporting scheduling and treatment planning teams Maintaining accurate documentation and insurance information Helping create a smooth, efficient patient experience across the practice Qualifications: Prior dental office experience is preferred Dentrix experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance terminology and workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy At Elite Dental Care, we believe great teams create great patient experiences.
