Job Title: Cook – Food Truck
Location: Branson, MO (Still Waters Resort)
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (Flexible based on availability)

Located at Still Waters Lakefront Resort - Over 230 rooms from 1 to 3 Bedroom Units

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to oversee daily operations for our food truck. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and service
• Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally
• Assist with menu planning and specials as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (food truck experience a plus)
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
