From optimizing processes to enhancing candidate engagement, your insights will help shape how we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.How you create impactManage end-to-end recruiting operations, including creating requisitions, posting roles, and optimizing job board strategy to drive applicant flowIdentify and implement effective sourcing channels and local advertising tactics to attract qualified talentPartner with hiring managers to support candidate selection and ensure timely, efficient onboarding processesLead the planning and execution of virtual and on-site hiring events, including logistics, promotion, and candidate engagementServe as the primary candidate contact while enhancing employer branding, managing recruitment tools (SuccessFactors), and ensuring a seamless candidate experienceWhat we would like you to bring• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent work experience.• 2-5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiting specialist • 2 years experience in high volume recruitment• 2 years experience with sourcing candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter• 2 years experience with ATS ( ie. Successfactors, Workday) • 1 year experience working with a CRM ( ie. Fountain, Avature)“This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
