Castle Insurance Group, a Farmers Insurance agency in Apple Valley, is looking for a motivated Office Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. No insurance experience is required—we provide full training and the coaching and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Office Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. You'll work alongside a supportive team, learn the insurance business, and develop the skills needed to grow within the role.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.

Answer customer questions and help identify their needs.

Learn about insurance products and services through comprehensive training.

Assist customers with policy questions, service needs, and coverage information.

Create strong first impression with prospective clients through networking and lead generation.

Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.

Learn and navigate agency computer systems and technology.

Work collaboratively with team members to support agency goals.

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

Contribute to a positive office environment and help create an exceptional customer experience.
