CNA - LTC

Nursing Support Position

This position works in a hospital or long-term care facility and is responsible for providing direct patient care through the performance of a variety of nursing support tasks in accordance with established methods and procedures. The position may work on rotating shifts and in a variety of care units (e.g., SNF, ICF, medical, surgical, etc.). The position may also provide home care for patients.

Schedule

Must be able to work any/ all shifts, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in various settings.
• Perform nursing support tasks according to established protocols.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

No specific licensure or certifications are listed; however, experience in a nursing support role is preferred.
