The L'Oreal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week experience where you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a team while also leading your own, individual strategic project to discover what it is truly like to develop a career at L'Oreal. At the end of the summer, you will present your project to senior leadership for the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into our Management Trainee program. Who You Are: Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university who are expected to graduate between December 2027 - July 2028 Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world No prior industry experience is necessary to apply Minimum Requirements: Able to start working fulltime starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor's degree Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. Minimum 3.5 GPA Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including: Northern New Jersey New York City. What You'll Do: Own an individual project with strategic business impact that you present to senior leaders Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues Experience hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, working with multiple HRIS and reporting systems Follow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a "customer service" orientation and ability to elevate issues when appropriate Engage our teams in sharing best HR practices Network and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales) Participate in formal and informal training opportunities Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team in one of the following areas: HR Business Partner Talent Early Careers/Employer Branding People Experience People Development and Learning HR Excellence Total Rewards The Program: This is a paid internship opportunity.
