Enrollment Clerk
As Enrollment Clerk, GS-0303, you will provide consultation services, advice, and assistance to individual Alaska Natives who seek a Certificate of Degree of Indian or Alaska Native Blood (CDIB) and assists in the maintenance of a filing system for all CDIBs issued and their supporting documents. Your typical work assignments may include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate, process, and issue all Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) applications for Native clients.
- Review Certificate Degree of Indian Blood enrollment documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide information about the CDIB process and enrollment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of applications requested and received.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, various forms and documents.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
