Job Description\n Conflux Systems, Inc. is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Burkeville, Virginia.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist\n Discipline: Therapy\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Required Licenses and Certifications\n SLP License: A current, active, and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain one.\n Education: Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, typically with a Master’s degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology.\n ASHA Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.\n Clinical Experience: Experience conducting speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations and treatments.\n Treatment Planning: Ability to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.\n Documentation: Ability to accurately and timely document evaluations, treatment sessions, patient progress, and discharge information in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.\n Patient Care & Communication: Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.\n Compliance: Ability to follow state/federal regulations, infection control, patient safety, and facility compliance standards.\n Conflux Systems, Inc.
