Procon E&C - Hiring Sr. Project Manager & Field Manager (Architectural Construction)
Procon E&C is a specialty contractor active in GA and TX, focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have successfully worked on system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor and duct/louver work at SK sites. We are also collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various companies.
Positions:
- Sr. Project Manager : $120,000+ annual salary
- Field Manager : $70,000+ annual salary
Qualifications:
Sr. Project Manager:
- 10+ years of project management experience required
- Must have experience with large-scale industrial and commercial architectural projects
- Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, louver, and panel systems
- Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential
- Must be proficient in enforcing and managing construction site safety regulations
Field Manager:
- 3+ years of site management experience required
- Experience with roofing, siding, louver, and panel construction required
- Strong ability to manage on-site labor and materials
- Must be capable of managing safety at the site
- Basic knowledge of architectural systems required
Common Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel as required by projects
- Certifications preferred (e.g., Architectural, PMP)
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; ERP experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory
