Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions with a strong emphasis on systemic and relational perspectives, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in family and couples counseling sessions, creating a safe and empathetic space for exploration, dialogue, and healing.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, identifying key clinical issues, and collaboratively crafting effective treatment plans in partnership with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will serve ranges from adolescents to adults, encompassing a diverse array of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching. We also provide a Continuing Education Unit (CEU) allowance, paid training days, and opportunities for clinical supervision as required.
